Laurel Baye Healthcare was founded in 1998 and is based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Laurel Baye Healthcare owns and operates skilled nursing facilities in Georgia and South Carolina. Our services include complex nursing care, long-term care services, and short-term rehabilitation services in quality environments.
Laurel Baye Healthcare is a member of the South Carolina and Georgia Healthcare Associations as well as the American Healthcare Association. We support the long-term care profession and the organizations that support and represent resident rights to the government and regulatory organization in this country. Members of our management team represent these interests on various committees at local, state and national levels.
About You

There are separation issues that arise from leaving the home that you have lived in for many years, and perhaps changing long established routines, family members and friends.
